Cargo trailer was dirty. There’s was a motor oil slick all over the inside of the cargo trailer. When I got home and noticed before loading, I called the location and they told me it was out of there control and I had to contact 800-U-Haul. I did, the phone operator could’ve cared less about my issue.

Two issues: the light harness was damaged. It was replaced by another harness but that was also faulty and would not plug fully into our tow vehicle flat 5 socket. We held it in place with the spring loaded plug cover on our tow vehicle. Also, I was clear that the trailer was going to be dropped off in Escondido on the 1st by 4pm but I still got charged for an extra day when I dropped it off. Not happy about that.
Christopher MCharged me $133 to fill the tank when the truck was given to me on empty.

José GI dropped off after hours. They called me because they didn’t have a code to the UHaul lock. It doesn’t seem like the communication is great between the facilities.
