How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck wasn't cleaned between uses. I cleaned it before using, and before bringing it back. Upon return, the person at the counter didn't want to check it in, and just suggested it get the app to do it online myself. Essentially, I did her job for her. Whatever.
