I dropped off after hours. They called me because they didn’t have a code to the UHaul lock. It doesn’t seem like the communication is great between the facilities.

Did not receive confirmation call from uhaul. The requested equipment was not available at pickup. Was able to rent larger truck for same price. It doesn't make sense to potentially have a customer drive across town to pick up a truck, especially when the customer is paying for mileage. As a customer I choose where I would like to rent from based on proximity to the work I need to do and convenience.

Robin SCons: All was well but was not able to find a clear place to drop the keys off after hours. There was no ‘U-Haul’ orange box at all as directed. Pros: clean and well-lit. Plenty of space to park.
