While the checkout and dropoff procedure was excellent. The AC on the truck didn't work the whole time I was driving the truck. I had to sweat it out the whole time

MICHAEL RI did not appreciate the U-Haul I got had cat food all over the floor underneath the seats. It also had Something sticky spilled on the cup holder area and passenger side floor. Before I returned it, I cleaned it with wipes and brought it to The location owners attention. His response was not the most professional when representative of U-Haul.
