I did not request my rental at this location. I requested the Acton location where I have rented in the past. I received an email that had a different pick up location 17 miles from my home. This place was scary, shady and the truck was filthy and stinky. The worker was friendly but there was no office and he was taking all my info on his phone which was weird.

This trailer rental was by far the quickest pick up and drop off I’ve ever had with any U-Haul location. I would go out of my way to rent from this location again. The person there was quick and professional, and got me on the road quickly. The quickness was appreciated.
