owner was courteous and cordial, but facility did not represent a very professional appearance that uhaul would hope for. more of a wrecking yard with some uhaul equipment parked in the dirt and weeds.

Juan ATrailer/office was clearly someone’s home and he was asleep on the bed when we arrived at 10:40 for pickup. Stairs were rickety pallets that did not feel safe. Back lot where the truck was had tons of junk and different people working on broken down cars. Broken counter and sink to the side of the truck that we had to maneuver around to get the truck out. Felt very unsafe and when I called Uhaul to express it was unsafe and ask to return to another location, was told no and if I did it would be hundreds of dollars in fees. Very unhappy with this experience.
Shannon HVery unkept location, and the person who was running it was doing out of his trailer that smelt if marijuana when i was there he was drinking alcohol and i saw a shooter(small bottle of liquor) he had drank when I was walking up. Both my husband and I felt uncomfortable and concerned about entering this location.
