Improve the online Uhaul website. It was simple to make reservation. But the followup and making an account did not work. Either on phone or on computer the account verification routine needs to change. It took several attempts to authicate yet it still failed to do so. The personnel at the storage cave were excellent and knowable. It they were not involve the experience would have rated at one or less stars
