Location and person I dealt with were great but your website and after hours return process are a pain. You should at least provide a link to the self return. Also, a prompt about taking pics before the customer leaves the rental location... I wasn't aware until I got to where I was going and it wouldn't let me do it then. Process assumes user is savy with the web and their cell phone..... which is foolish as lots of people don't have that knowledge or don't have cell phones.... I have every intention of getting rid of my cell phone for a basic flip phone when I retire which will make this process difficult or impossible

DALE SThe truck was clean and the check in process was smooth. The truck is parked in the back and the key is in the front - which was annoying to walk all the way around. Not a big deal. The truck driver side windshield viper was not working. A thorough inspection should be done each day of these trucks - if someone drove passed a truck inspection stop, it would fail.
SHAHIR ACustomer service at this location is absolutely amazing. The vehicle I rented was in excellent condition, probably because it was new, but is was well kept. Fuel was full. This was the first time for that. Anywhere else I had to put fuel in the vehicle before I could do anything. Absolutely recommend this location for rentals.
