GORDON JThe service person was friendly and tried to be helpful. However, I would never rent here again. The app booking confirmation price was changed and without excepting the changes I would not have been able to rent the truck. Since it was moving day I had no choice but to accept. I am now dealing with customer service about the charges. The vehicle was clean but the engine light was on for the entire day. I was glad I didn’t have to travel far because the truck was old and felt like it could breakdown at any moment. But it didn’t
SHEILA BIt took forever for their computer system to work After finally they figured out the computer issue the trailer they gave me lights were not working So had to switch me to different trailer Also day before I for literally 14 reminder to upload my license (I txted STOP but msgs kept coming in)
