Wright's Variety is not responsible for this negative rating. Brant Motorcycles is. I originally booked a 26' truck with them. When I arrived the truck was there, but Brant Motorcycle was closed for the civic long weekend. This was on Saturday. They did not leave the keys for me. I called Uhaul support and they could not track down either so I had to find another location, and thankfully Wright's Variety had a smaller vehicle. This meant I had to make more trips unfortunately. I'm very disappointed in the experience with Brant Motorcycle but thankful to Wright's Variety. Customer service I received there was excellent.

Daniel H.I would just like to see more availability of the 5x9 ramp trailer at more locations. I last rented one from Tillsonburg on Broadway St but now the closest one to me was in Paris! Or if I had to drive 41km from Tillsonburg to Paris to get the trailer at least make (one way) available so I can drop it off in Tillsonburg and not have to bring it all the way back to Paris then back to Tillsonburg again! It cost me more in fuel than it did to rent the trailer! Other than that the rental agent was very professional and polite.
