The truck we rented was very dirty, poorly maintained and definitely not worth the money. The floor was filthy. The check engine light was on and the check gas cap light was on. When this was brought up to the associate, he just said it was normal for the truck. The engine had a terrible rattle as well. In addition, the truck was buried all around with snow, top to bottom, because, despite it being rented, no one who works there could bother to prep it properly for a renter. We spent over $200 for a very crappy truck we rented for less than 6 hours. We feel completely ripped off and will never use this Uhaul again.
MATTHEW DTrailer was frozen to the ground. Door was frozen shut. Employees were absolutely no help at all and were so annoyed that they were asked to help. Definitely will be picking up from other locations from now on

SCOTT HTires on the trailer were not properly inflated. One tire was at 35lbs and the other three were at 55 lbs. All of them should have been at 65lbs. Because I have a compressor at home, I was able to properly inflate them for my 1950 mile trip.
