I did not interact with anyone, it was park and then drop off the keys at the front door kiosk. Entering the garage was full of potholes, large ones too. Just be careful when you arrive as you'll be bumping all over all the place.
Dennis LStaff were friendly, location was easy to access, equipment was clean, but the parking lot was full of potholes. Only advice is to refresh that but everything else was great
Abigail SMake sure all light work on the vehicles. I did get pulled over 2 min from the drop off location due to the driver side headlight being out. Make the truck paperwork available on the U-Haul app
