There were no hooks on the floor to compress what I was moving, knowing the wooden slabs on the wall wouldn't be strong enough. I spent over 100 dollars to drive a large truck out to Belleville during rush hour for absolutely nothing. I certainly will never rent another truck from U-Haul again

Everything about our drop off was perfect. We had just driven over 6 hours from out of state and the entire process of returning our vehicle was smooth and easy. All phone calls made prior to our trip were handled professionally and the attendant when we returned our vehicle was great. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!
