The pickup went fine. The staff member was helpful, but I was using the automated checkin and that stopped working halfway through and so she had to help out. My only real complaint is that I reserved a van at a location closer to my home, and the uhaul reservation system changed my reservation an hour later to a location not as close to my home.

I was very upset the unit that i used did was not advertised as promised. the loading area was not 6 foot wide and I was unable to load my item. I had to return the trailer without picking up my item.

ANTHONY GEarly pickup via the UHaul app was a failure. The furniture pads I had ordered were not in the van. Then when I started the vehicle, there were low air pressure warnings for 3 of the 4 tires. I had to wait around until the location opened to get assistance. I will say that the staff person was very helpful and set me up with another Van, but this was a frustrating experience. The Van that I ended up using was excellent and in great condition.
Charles AI parked my car in an area I wasn't supposed to. Yes, my fault as I did not notice the signs. However, when I returned the van (after hours), I wasn't able to get my vehicle. But what made it worse was that the Area Manager was contacted FOUR times and never answered the phone. I ended up communicating with the tow yard supervisor who was was able to contact the "owner" of the Uhaul location and they were able to send someone to open the gate. How does the Area Manager not answer the phone in an emergency? I was very disappointed. I sat there for almost an hour waiting to get back in my car.
