Multiple issues, no one at office, equipment like dolly unavailable. Had to wait 40 minutes and make multiple calls to support before getting the vehicle. Even the support agent was harsh and talking as if he was favoring… and spoke lie to be given a $50 discount as it was never applied to my final billed.

Daniel BI am writing to dispute the additional charges on my recent U-Haul rental, as I believe they were applied in error. * Fuel charge: The truck was returned with a full tank of gas. I have a time-stamped photo taken at drop-off clearly showing the fuel gauge, mileage, and the condition of the vehicle. * Incorrect drop-off charge: The truck was returned to the same designated U-Haul location as instructed in my rental agreement. Based on this information, I respectfully request a review of my rental and the removal of these incorrect charges. I am happy to provide the photos as supporting documentation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
