Be more prepared. I booked at the Raymond location because it was 2 blocks away from me. Less mileage driven to save me money. I went inside after work to make sure everything was good. The guy said I’m good for mobile pick up. I go home change and come back. He forgot to leave the keys for me. I called 24/7 support. They had to direct me to a new location. I had to drive to another location out of the way, I don’t think I should have been charged the full amount.

KEVIN TThe dolly I ordered was not in the van bexuE the business was not open, I could not get one. I called customer service and it was a long process to find a dolly and we would have had to go out of our way to pick on up. Not good, people!!!
