This place should not be a U-Haul location. Not only they forgot to give me furniture pads and two dollies but they charged me for them. Since there was no one at the store to assist or to leave a message, I had to call the customer service, drive to another U-Haul location, and borrow furniture pads and purchase two dollies. I wasted about an hour doing that. The tank was not full and had to call the customer service for that, too. Since I had no way of knowing how much gas to put back, I ended up giving them about two extra gallons of gas. When I called the location on the following day to ask them to reverse the charges for furniture pads and dollies that they did not provide, not only they did not want to reverse the charges but they had the nerve to tell me that the tank was full and they need to charge for fuel since I did not terrine the truck with a full tank. The owner of the location was rude and almost yelling. This was a terrible experience. I am still dispute about the charges, and. I am working with the customer service to get a refund for furniture pads and dolly charges. I really think they should reimburse me for extra gas and dollies that I had to purchase. If they did what they were supposed to do, I did not need to incur those extra cost. They need to make it right.
