I love this location and really enjoy working with the man that runs the show there. He is great and helpful. The site usually has the equipment I need. It is convenient for me.

WILLIAM LUHaul is horrible!!! We will never use you again!! 3 times they changed the pick up location on us. On line system allowed us to book a pickup location in San Luis Obispo, CA that had no trailers and then the day before pickup got a call to pick up in Arroyo Grande instead at 10am. Went to Arroyo Grande and no trailer arrived from previous renter then told to go back 40 minutes north to different location in Paso Robles.
