This rating is more about the corporate office than this location. I rented this trailer 2 weeks before needed. We drove from Michigan to South Carolina over 800 miles. The night before I received voice mail and email telling me of a change where to pick the trailer and I was not getting the 5x9 trailer but a 5x8 trailer. The next morning, we went to Electronics Etc. because in their lot they had the 5x9 trailer. We were informed that trailer was intown only. He investigated our reservation and found out the trailer that had been reassigned to us was not only the right size but an enclosed trailer which would not work. The gentleman at this location told me that U-Haul can change your location but not the kind of trailer you rented. He called his field manager and discovered there was no trailer available in the area. He talked his field manager into making his trailer one way instead of in town only. If this was a review on the corporate office the rating would be POOR. It is a long way to drive only to find out they have no trailer for you and the one they reassigned you isn't what you reserved and would not work for your situation.

Friendly and orientation included some aspects of renting a U-Haul that I did not know. Recommend using Electron Etc for all your truck renting needs!

Molly KDrop off site was closed for the holiday weekend so they charged for after hours drop off even though truck was dropped off during normal business hours.
BRAD BI was initially very disappointed because I was told the day before my rental that the equipment I reserved was no longer available. However, several factors changed and in the end, I swapped out the size of my trailer. The Georgetown location, and Mike in particular was extremely helpful in making that change soon. I was very grateful for his help!
