There’s nothing wrong with facilities or agents .. the problem is with the reservation… the requested vehicle is not guaranteed but the reservation is.. requested a pickup truck and ended up with 15 foot truck. Which made my task more difficult.. so I’m reluctant to choose U-Haul for pickup rentals..

Craig BOn return I went in and told them I’m here for a return. I was told to find an empty spot and drop it. That’s it. I dropped it, took photos just in case and went on my way. It was not that simple, I had to unhitch, lift the hitch and wheel it by had into the empty spot. Guess I should have dropped it in the driveway and left.
David Si am a over the road truck driver (mover) and use uhaul alot! always a good choice and availibilty! cudos! uhaul you make my job even easier!

Kaylin OYou’re asking the wrong questions. Your overall reservation system stinks. I went personally to the Westmorland location to reserve the unit I wanted. I then start getting emails confirming pickup locations that are nowhere near my house. You’ve made decisions that maximize your benefit but puts a great inconvenience on the customer. I even got a call from the Wilkinson blvd branch asking if I was coming when I already picked up from Mooresville.
Paul WTrailer lights did not work and door was bent and hard to open. Eventually had to return trailer and get another one. Had to hook up trailer with no help from staff.

Darryl TAlthough everyone is helpful, they did tell me I was getting a 15-ft and I got a 26 ft. Way bigger than I wanted or needed. Plus, I've never driven a truck that big. I did it though. But, not everyone would be too thrilled to drive the truck that big

CHARLES HAbsolutely DO NOT use this location. The worst customer service ever! The manager was super rude and not helpful at all. If you need a trailer in the Pawleys island area, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

Christopher SThe truck I had leaked on top over the shelf. I did not know until we unpacked it. Got some wet boxes. I told the gentleman in the store. He was very receptive. Excellent communication and customer service at this location.
DEE MI REALLY wish the trailers would have jack stands or something to get off the hitch. With the trailer loaded, need a jack to unhook. Even empty, its very heavy to lift off. The app is fairly useless. I was unable to attach the photo to show the trailer was clean, but the gentleman at the drop-off location was very helpful and took care of the check in.
Barry HI was surprised by the rental agent telling me that he was under no obligation to help me hook up the rental trailer to my vehicle. He said their only job was to inspect the vehicle. He did help after I asked but seemed reluctant to do that. This is very different customer service than I have had with all other U-Haul agencies.
