Nobody at this business answered the multiple calls the day prior regarding drop off instructions, Drop off instructions were not clear. The Owner was very unhappy about the trailer being returned to his business, “I’m not supposed to take those, you have to bring it back to an approved trailer location” … trailer returned in good working order, electric brakes would have been nicer and less abusive to my truck than the surge brake system this trailer uses

I arrived to drop off after the office had closed. Cannot rate the location or personnel. Parking the truck was difficult, as there are no clear signs or marking for where to put a truck with a trailer attached.

He was also knowledgeable of U-Hauls systems and was able to check and extend my reservation by a day to allow me to drop off after hours. I only needed an auto transport, but he also had a good assortment of other uhaul trucks/trailers to suit other needs
