How U-Haul Reviews WorkAbsolutely terrific. I was helping with a move from NY to PA and everything went smoothly. Top customer service. Could not have been better. Communication was reliable, clear, and kind.
jessica iI hope this is posted publicly!!! This is the last time I use this damn service! I was overcharged and the customer service over the phone was horrible. But expected by New Yorkers. This is the number I called and spoke to a manly sounding female who hung up on me and left me on hold when I called back. (Eight Four Five ) 5six5-5one2two. Hopefully there will be consequences and repercussions for this person. Not even one star for this wretched outfit!
ANTHONY LAlways a positive experience with Mr.Rooney.
