I hope this is posted publicly!!! This is the last time I use this damn service! I was overcharged and the customer service over the phone was horrible. But expected by New Yorkers. This is the number I called and spoke to a manly sounding female who hung up on me and left me on hold when I called back. (Eight Four Five ) 5six5-5one2two. Hopefully there will be consequences and repercussions for this person. Not even one star for this wretched outfit!

Ronald CThe cell and internet service is terrible at this location. The WiFi only worked when very close to the building. I had to go back and forth between the truck and the office because it wasn’t a staffed office so the only option was self check in (which under normal curcumstances is easy enough to do). But you can’t take the required photos of the truck from the far end of the parking lot (which is where this truck was parked)! Very frustrating experience that took much longer than it should have because there is terrible cell/internet reception at this location!
Diana MThe owner was quite rude to me and didn't give me instructions whatsoever. I didn't know I couldn't park there and I had driven my car from a couple of miles away. He finally let me park on the premises which was nice. But I had no idea how to return the truck I got no print out contract, and when I return the truck I had already put the key in the box before I had read the instructions because I hadn't gotten instructions to begin with. I will not use this location again.
