The staff at Rim Country Storage was helpful and professional. My only issue is that U-Haul advertises daily rates of $19.95, and I ended up paying $60 for an in-town move. I am not satisfied with U-Haul's false advertisement of pricing. Again, my issue has nothing to do with the person I dealt with at the location.

KIMBERLY AWell, when I picked up the truck, even thought I did not pick up the vehicle transport that I had reserved, and even though the vehicle transport was not even there had I wanted to, Jeff still added it on my bill and I did not notice until later. Customer service and scheduling could not remove it because it was bundled with the truck. customer service did credit me, but it did not get removed from my rented items until I returned the truck and explained it.
