Since the pick up location isnt open after noon on Saturday or at all on Sunday I was forced to pick the trailer up a day early but still had to turn it in 6 days later 2,000 miles away. I think I should have been given an extra day if I had to pick it up a day early. Drop off location was great.

RAUL PI did the check-in at night and after hours. The area is not well lit so it was hard to determine where to drop off the trailer.
Eugene RThis location is excellent. The Star Valley Storage location was terrible. Do not recommend or work with them in the future, if at all possible. None of the after hours phone numbers worked or replied. I had to back the trailer (uphill) onto a busy, fast MPH highway when the facility was not open or responding. Only use the rim country self storage location moving forward.
