Manager lied to me. I was told the Uhaul website and phone system was down for 3 days and that was the reason no one answered the phone for 2 days. Corporate told me the Manager was not in the office. I would rather be told the truth than lied to.
PAUL Cnice rental.. owner had trouble accessing uhaul corporate site to provide a recpt. no worries but it was a good rental and i'd rent from them again.
Tim HThe CSR I dealt with was very negative about UHaul in general. Said they were greedy and money hungry. The truck I drove was in very poor condition. Had 154000 miles. Lots of body damage and exhaust leak and the steering was terrible. Didn’t have a choice but to drive it. Will not rent from U-Haul for my Michigan move in Sept. because of quality of equipment and outrageous prices.
