The lady that managed the location was helpful when I called her to tell her we couldn't check in via the app, but we did not like the fact that we HAD to check in and get the truck through the app. I thought we would be able to rent the check "in person." It was time consuming and set us back on our move because the manager had to drive out to us to help us check in. We purposely went with this location to avoid the busyness and confusion at the main location of U-Haul, but we ended up spending extra time any way.

They definitely did not make the price clear we were charged a lot more than we expected to pay. I would suggest that they tell the customers that if they bring from one city to the next that it will be more money.

MICHAEL HFirst the original location that was guaranteed was not there. That is when I had to go to the Pearl River store. Once there the running light never worked on the trailer.
