Jon GIt was closed on Memorial Day so I had to do an online drop off. I wish U-Haul would have told me that. The location was not clean and inviting because the parking lot was stuffed to the brim with U-Haul trucks and trailers stacked 2 deep. It was a pain in the butt to park the truck per the haul website rules due to the small super crowded parking lot. The personnel were not helpful because the location was closed. If I had known I would need to do an online drop off I would have been prepared to do so. My wife waited nearly 30 minutes for me to unhook the trailer, push it across the parking lot, take lots of pictures of the truck and trailer inside and out, then park the truck in the super crowded parking lot.
