It was closed on Memorial Day so I had to do an online drop off. I wish U-Haul would have told me that. The location was not clean and inviting because the parking lot was stuffed to the brim with U-Haul trucks and trailers stacked 2 deep. It was a pain in the butt to park the truck per the haul website rules due to the small super crowded parking lot. The personnel were not helpful because the location was closed. If I had known I would need to do an online drop off I would have been prepared to do so. My wife waited nearly 30 minutes for me to unhook the trailer, push it across the parking lot, take lots of pictures of the truck and trailer inside and out, then park the truck in the super crowded parking lot.

I don't want to be too hard on Xtreme Bed Liners in Pearland. I have rented a trailer there before and they are very nice people. That being said, no-one indicated that this location would be closed on Memorial Day and I would need to do an online drop off. This location is very small and their parking lot was full of U-Haul trucks and trailers, thus it was not super inviting. The website for online check in, indicates that I need to carefully park the truck so as to not block a doorways, gates, driveways etc. This was very hard for me to do alone since the parking lot was very full of equipment. I had to unhook the trailer and push it 50 feet across the parking lot, then make a 4 point turn to park the 20 foot truck. It was a bit much, but I got it done. Over all my rental experience with the truck and trailer was good and I will definitely consider U-Haul again if needed.
