Well when I showed up to pick up at the reservation spot, the U-Haul I reserved was not there. They said my reservation had been moved to Downtown Houston, 35 miles away in heavy traffic. No call or e-mail letting me know of the change. I said to the guy at the Beamer location that I was not going downtown so he gave me a number to call. After being on hold for about 15 minutes, a very nice lady picked up and found one much closer off Main St. in Pearland. I went and picked that one up and all was well.Kipp K.

This location was helpful and responsive. The issue is the Uhaul rental process took 3 hours to find the vehicle I reserved. We were contacted the night before that the rental wasn't available at our location but go to a new location for pick up. This location said our reservation didn't exist and sent us around to fend for ourselves to find a vehicle. Cullen storage had a 15 foot truck but helped us secure the 26 foot we reversed. Taking three hours delayed our movers which we had to pay extra for sitting around waiting for us to arrive. Entire experience was a mess.Vince P.
When I ordered online I put in a 15th truck and it didn't say it was unavailable but every time when I got to the end of checkout it would switch it to a 10ft truck. It was so frustrating I ended up getting the 10ft and had to leave a lot of my things behind and I can't get another truck cause when it was all said and done it was close to $500. Can't afford to do that twice. I need my left behind furniture ðŸ˜©.Marcel S.

The returning process was such a headache. It took me almost an hour to return my truck. My Location was closed, but the owner couldn't leave until I returned the truck. I tried on 3 different phones to return the truck. That is my only concern and headache.Courtney J.
Nothing wrong with service; used U-Haul share. The cost was way too much! I paid $142 for 3 1/2 hours. That's ridiculous. When I move again, I will not be renting from here.Josh M.
