Julie WThe manager was hurried, but stopped to take time to deal with my one-way return of a towing trailer, but did not seem to have been given advance notice that I'd been previously scheduled by Uhaul (Phoenix offices) to drop-off my one-way rentals specifically to his location, so it was slightly awkward, and I felt rushed to just leave the trailer ~ I also was not given any paperwork to confirm my drop-off, which meant someone could claim I never did so.
