Why I am being charged for this when the truck and the auto transport was returned to store, The Bazaar LLC, in Pembroke GA on 04/25/2026 at 9:12 pm ET. I tried calling the phone number on the invoice and it only goes to voicemail. There has been no return call. I have pictures of the truck and transport at the time of the drop off. The $824.04 on contract 28285244 needs to be reversed immediately or a charge back will be initiated with the credit card company. The return of the truck and transport was returned one day before the contract due date. Representative had no clue of what they were doing when we showed up to return the truck and transport.

The wire on the trailer was cut so there were no lights so they ended up having to take the wire off of another trailer so that we had a working vehicle/ trailer. The guy inside of the convenience store had no idea what he was doing. He had to call the owner and have the owner walk us through everything. Weirdest experience ever
David VI had requested an appliance dolly, or utility dolly and 12 blankets. When I booked this reservation, the vehicle was supposed to be in Statesboro. I had to drive a half hour to get to the new location since the vehicle was not in Statesboro and there was not a utility dolly and it was only six blankets. I was told that they would look for more blankets and the utility die and notify me if they were able to locate these items and I’ve never heard back from anyone.

Keil WI thought I had rented an auto hauler, not a toy hauler. I was extremely surprised and disappointed when I learned I needed to provide my own straps, which set me back another 200.
