I had requested an appliance dolly, or utility dolly and 12 blankets. When I booked this reservation, the vehicle was supposed to be in Statesboro. I had to drive a half hour to get to the new location since the vehicle was not in Statesboro and there was not a utility dolly and it was only six blankets. I was told that they would look for more blankets and the utility die and notify me if they were able to locate these items and I’ve never heard back from anyone.

Clean them
Keil WI thought I had rented an auto hauler, not a toy hauler. I was extremely surprised and disappointed when I learned I needed to provide my own straps, which set me back another 200.
