The truck was clean and ready for use. However, the tires were not appropriate for winter driving. They had marginal tread depth, had no traction on slippery surfaces and became stuck in an inch of snow.

I was living in Petawawa and relocated to London, Ontario. As of February 28, the temperature in Petawawa was around -30°C. The route toward Peterborough includes winding roads and there was a risk of black ice. For safety reasons, I chose to take the main highway route from Petawawa through Renfrew and then toward London, which was significantly safer under the weather conditions. I was permitted to return the vehicle on March 1; however, I returned it on February 27 — within approximately 24 hours. I have now received an additional charge of approximately $78, and I am unclear as to why this amount has been applied.
Sheng YRavishers Indian Mart in Pembroke looks abandoned and filthy. No one was there to pick up my trailer. They never answer the phone either. Uhaul sent me to Hamilton's Convenience for a trailer. This place was fantastic and a very nice owner. Uhaul refunded me $50 for the mishap with Ravishers. Thank you Uhaul and Hamiltons for saving the day.
Mark HI ordered many boxes for moving. They have not arrived yet. I would like them delivered or a refund ASAP. The dual axle trailer I rented did not have a tongue jack so it had to be lifted on to my bumper hitch. This was very troublesome for me. The trailer had just returned from a previous rental and was very dirty inside and out as well as covered with ice. I have rented many times from UHaul. This time was well below my expectations based on your company’s previous excellent rental service.
Cliff MThe vehicle was low on fuel, based on the kilometre rate that appears to include fuel cost. Vehicle was covered in snow on arrival. No indication to refuel was made or requested, this is a dishonest business practice to gouge customers
