The yard in which the rentals are kept did not leave any room for a new drop off and had to leave it in front of other rentals, which we felt bad about. The trailer itself was not tightly sealed and a lot of water got in despite it being locked appropriately causing items to get soaked as it was a rainy day along the travel route. The personnel at the store was very kind and inviting. She made the experience better with her smile and kindness.

Alastair MThe Uhaul phone operator told me to return it to another location in Pembroke which was not open. That was very frustrating. Plus we asked to return it to Eganville but they told us to take it to the Pembroke location which was closed. It would have been much more convenient to return it to Eganville but tht operator told us that it was already rented inu Pembroke, which was not true. So while the Hamilton's Convenience was good, the rest of the return was very bad.
