Juan VI was not pleased with the service this time with Uhaul because of their mistake on their end wich delayed my travels back 3 hours. I was to pick the truck up at 11.00am but never got to pick it up till 1.30 pm. Not satisfied at all 😞. I would hope fór a refund for those hours I lost for the day. Thank you .
Paulette CMaybe don't let me book a truck a month in advance and then call me 1 hour before I am supposed to pick up that truck and tell me that there are no trucks available within an hour drive from here. If you're going to let me book a truck and prepare for a big move, make sure you actually have that truck to book. 3 people i had help moving from that day all had similar experiences from you guys.
