The staff was friendly and the equipment was clean. The Google reviews of all pembroke u haul locations are mixed, we almost didn't rent. But we had a great experience and would recommend it to our friends. It seems a little pricey, lots of fees to add up, but we are more than happy with our experience
Jackie MThe service was good. To he only problem I had was that I rented a furniture dolly but never received one was not to pleased with that but everything else was good. Thank you.
Paulette CTruck was dirty. Running on fumes (showing <10 km and prearranged moving blankets and dolly were not there. The attendant cleaned the truck and apologized for lack of equipment. The lack of equipment I feel was more of a company shortfall.
