Unrelated to the locations, the company has work to do on meeting commitments. May 28 we reserved a 20’ truck for July 4. On July 1 UHaul Rep (not someone at th pickup location) left a message to say they don’t have a 20’ at our Pickup location. We were downgraded to a 15’ truck for $30 less. Poor business model/ we should have received at least a 25% discount for getting 25% less truck and perhaps a further discount for the inconvenience. We tried calling back numerous time and speak to soamone and could not get through. So the vehicle was fine, Pickup and Drop off were fine, but we didn’t get the vehicle we reserved 6 weeks earlier.
