VLADISLAV PTruck was a disaster. Very dirty, tank almost empty (despite it said it was a quarter tank) and very very old vehicle. I cant believe they charge me for cleaning
LUCILA CThe pick up and drop off process through the app is too complicated. Took way too long each time and the app had too many issues. I had to go to two different locations for the rental and I was not given the dolly I had rented as well. Trying to reach someone on the phone to help was also troubling. Something that was supposed to be easier was not at all.
