When I arrived to pick-up the truck, the lady was very helpful as the app wasn’t working properly. I dropped the truck back off around 2PM, however it wasn’t processed until around 5; as that’s when I received the receipt email and the charge notification for $1.27 from my credit card. When I called to see why, the guy that answered the phone was very rude. He asked the other person, “why was this lady charged an extra $1.27?”. It wasn’t what he asked, it was how he asked it. As if I were crazy to call and inquire about MY money.
