I literally had you truck for 10 minutes, drove for one mile, was charged for 3 gallons of fuel and an “after hours” service fee at a self-serve location where the app failed and I had to use customer service and I was charged $70.00.

YAMILE AIt was very inconvenient that I went to picked the truck on time of my appointment after I get the key out the box truck battery was dead I couldn’t start my moving after 1 hour later
