The Truck has roaches inside where some of my belongs were. Clean the trucks more often instead of making the customers do it.

The mobile app was very confusing and hard to use. I was charged for gas and miles that I didn't use.

TWINKLE OI literally had you truck for 10 minutes, drove for one mile, was charged for 3 gallons of fuel and an “after hours” service fee at a self-serve location where the app failed and I had to use customer service and I was charged $70.00.
