The application needed to be reset which prevented me from picking up the truck. This wasted a lot of time which forced me to push back my pickup time. Then at drop of the mileage was wrong in the system, so the application wouldn't accept the return mileage on the truck because it was before the false pickup mileage in the system. This wasted another 30+ minutes on the phone with support, for the second time. Overall, a very painful experience for a task that should have been one hour. I spent 45 minutes total for things under UHaul's control.

The Truck has roaches inside where some of my belongs were. Clean the trucks more often instead of making the customers do it.

TWINKLE OI literally had you truck for 10 minutes, drove for one mile, was charged for 3 gallons of fuel and an “after hours” service fee at a self-serve location where the app failed and I had to use customer service and I was charged $70.00.
