First off, this isn’t on the team member. She was very eager to help. But under staffed. Under trained. Did not hook trailer up correctly. We had to ourselves. Did not understand we needed only 12 blankets. We were charged for 60 and only received 11. The 26ft truck was under 1/4 tank. Cab was dirty. Location is very run down and not like a uhaul location at all.
Zachary MIt’s a ripoff to customers! Even though U-Haul doesn’t charge by the day…respectfully U-Haul should refund money if the rental is turned in the same day.instead of charging 3 days when customer only needs 1…will not use U-Haul service again!
LETITIA GGetting the truck was very confusing and took to long. Although the person was somewhat friendly, it seemed liked she didn’t didn’t know what she was doing, having technical difficulties or maybe both, but it was the worst experience I have had.
