Do not use, difficult to find office that is in the back of a transitional housing facility. Staff was not in office and required me to call uhaul for them to show up. Horrible experience.

Combined U-Haul, Halfway house, Drug rehab facility is a little dicey. Now, drug rehab and halfway house are alright but not exactly family friendly. Agent at check out was was not very professional. Check in was better.
Don NThey guys there are great! If they run into a problem they get it figured out right away. Will always use this location when we need a trailer or truck rental.

donia BThe UHaul employee cancelled my reservation as I pulled into the parking lot and tried to close the office 3 hours before closing. The employee tried to refuse a rental because he was closing. Eventually he set up the rental and we were on our way.
