I picked the rental truck after hours. After doing my walk around, I noticed the passenger side mirror glass broken and the blind spot mirror removed. This is a major safety issue. I had my wife follow us home and I replaced the mirror and blind spot mirror to not delay our scheduled move. U-Haul and its dealer put me and my family in an unsafe environment. I’m out of pocket with my money and time to repair the mirror. Very unsafe by U-Haul and not a great customer experience on this rental.
