Maintain your current practices
OLIN WVery easy professional. However we were advised the credit card would not be processed until truck was returned. It was processed several dYs before I arrived in washington, causing an overdrawn at my bank. My bank covered all my payments for me but this was extremely embarrassing.
Judy SI reserved a 20’ truck because that’s what I needed, they gave me a 15’ and said someone else already reserved it which was a lie the traffic department put the one way to California before me because they were getting paid more, the 15’ was disgusting in the box additionally they charged me for safe load when they edited my order which I didn’t have selected also the manager placed a 100 mile hold on my card on top of the rental price, I definitely felt like they didn’t want to rent me the truck due to my ethnicity
