First my pick up location was changed due to not having the correct equipment I needed which was no big deal. When I got to the location that they had swapped me to they didn't have a box dolly nor a furniture dolly that I ordered at that location. There for I had to go to another location to pick up a furniture dolly which was said id get for no charge because they didn't have my equipment at the original location for me. So I got in the truck and it was filthy! Trash on the dash board, crumbs everywhere and it smelled like smoke. When I got to the other location for the furniture dolly I had to set up a contract and pay for it, still no big deal because it was already planned in my budget, but when talking to the gentleman I found out that I needed to return the furniture dolly back to that location! That was not going to work for me. I was moving from Glendale AZ to Prescott AZ it was a one way trip so now I had to figure out how to get this dolly back to the Valley by noon the next day. This was an all around mess of a day and makes me not want to use this company again if I have to move in the future. I have used U-Haul many times in my life and I have never had an experience like this before.
