The dolly was not a from Uhaul. It belonged to the storage facility. It was not as useful because the line could not lock and was too long. Like to get charge removed.

The dollie we were provided had a damaged wheel which caused some difficulty during the moving process. Also, I ordered furniture blankets and was not informed by the location that they didn't have any available until I picked up the truck, the morning of my move. The only alternative they offered was for me to check other Uhaul locations for availability.
