Inside was dirty (leaves and small dirt-clods) and had loose hardware on the floor - swept it out before using. Outside finish was well faded - could tell trailer was well used. I was concerned about maintenance and upkeep of the mechanical components (wheel bearings). Felt the rims near the hub after 5 miles and they were not warm and had no unusual sounds. Made the 300 miles just fine and towed real nicely by the Jeep Saraha

All I needed to do is show my ID, give them my bank card and I was ready to go. The lady at the storage and U Haul rental place was very nice and helped me load my blankets and appliance dolly. Thank you so very much!

The lady who handled my service was not knowledgeable of any of uhauls services rate plans or requirements the fella in the office with her kinda helped her so I was there for almost an hour getting my paperwork and truck then when I took it back my move was up and back from old house to new house 4 miles each way and 2 miles from the place I picked up and dropped off the truck so that’s a total of 4 more miles right? Well I got charged for 35.8 miles rediculious and I won’t recommend this place just for the adittude given to me even when I returned the truck the girls was lost on what to do and had to call another lady at another location name Tracy to help her!

Honestly, I can not think of anything that could have been improved on regarding my experience with U-haul. Everyone was friendly, the truck I needed was available, even when I had to change my schedule there was one available, the truck was clean, and Steve and Kristin were so pleasant to work with. I will definitely use this U-Haul any time I need a truck.

The truck we rented was very dirty in the cab. Ashes in the ashtray, windows were difficult to see through they were so smeared, The inside of the cab was dusty and had dirt in the cup holders. The back of the truck however was clean and in good condition.

I've rented a lot from U-Haul through the years, and I must say this was the best experience ever. The gentleman who ran the counter was so so nice and helpful. There was also a woman there who I had to call later to ask for a few hours extension who also was so pleasant and helpful. Returning was a breeze. No hidden charges. Very close by me. Thank you!

The customer service I received at EZ Storage at 99th and Peoria was exceptional. I arrived 10 minutes prior to opening but the representatives greeted me with a smile and waited on me immediately. When I saw the size of the truck I chose was too small they offered me a bigger one without hesitating. They helped me estimate my mileage and explained pricing clearly. They also offered me accessories to help make my move easier without pressuring me into unnecessary purchases. They even gave me a lead on getting free boxes. Finally they extended the 4 window for me so we didn't feel rushed. Overall, they made the miserable task of moving much more bearable. I would defintely recommend this location! Thanks!

I rented my uhaul online using uhaul.com. About ten minutes later a representative from the regional office called me and explained that they currently do not have the truck I rented but a location not even a mile away does. So at the appropriate time i wemt to the new location to pick up my truck. I walked in the building with a smile and said hello to the lady at the counter. I told her i am here to pick up my truck. Very sternly she told me, "I dont have any reservations." I explained my situation to her and she then viciously screamed at me, " I DONT HAVE ANY RESERVATIONS!!!" And swung her computer screen at me. I calmly talk her i would call her regional office to figure this out and she once again raised her voice at me telling me that i am not in the computer. The man on the phone asked to talk to her and got the situation figured out. I understand if they lady was having a bad day or week, but the vicious way she screamed at me I felt attacked. This lady should not be in direct contact with customers. It was an absolute customer service nightmare.

I have used U-Haul before and found them to be a reputable company. However recently I had a very bad experience. I reserved a moving truck online for a local move at uhaul.com and was signed up to get a truck at a local storage place near me, (EZ Store Mini Storage in Peoria, AZ). When I picked up the truck, the lady at the counter (later discovered to be Kirstin Hampton), sent me out with a dolly I had ordered also. When I opened the truck there was already a dolly inside and the truck had trash inside and needed to be swept. I took the dolly Ms. Hampton gave me back inside and borrowed her broom. Returning the broom Ms. Hampton acted surprised the truck was dirty and already had a dolly inside, obviously she did not check the truck prior to renting it out to me. Ms. Hampton said I would get a discount for having to clean the truck and mentioned something about charging the previous customer for returning a dirty truck. On my way I go and the move went smoothly. I swept the truck and gassed it up prior to returning it. This is where things unfortunately became very strange with Ms. Hampton. I told her I wanted to pay for the rental today and use cash. She immediately pointed at a sign by the computer that says “no cash.” I said oh I didn’t know that but I cannot use this bank card and I just want to pay cash for my rental. At this point Ms. Hampton became very irrational and almost yelling “I am NOT Uhaul! I do not accept cash!” I was taken aback. I explained to Ms. Hampton that I have never been to her office before and I made a reservation with Uhaul and in fact it is a Uhaul truck, and to me I am dealing with Uhaul. Surely a company the size of Uhaul can accept cash for a relatively small transaction (less than $100). Ms. Hampton again yelled louder “I am NOT Uhaul and I do not accept cash!” She went on to say the only way to pay cash is to go to a full service Uhaul store. I asked her where the nearest one is and she directed me to a Uhaul store a few miles away on Bell Road. I replied I will go there then and pay my bill as I took my paperwork. I asked her what her name is and she said Kirstin, I asked for her last name and she said “No last name.” I later realized her name is printed on the contract that she signed: Kirstin Hampton. As I was leaving she said in an incredibly sarcastic manner “I hope you have a WONDERFUL day.” Arriving at the full service Uhaul store I gave the guy my paperwork and explained I wanted to pay my bill in cash and was sent there by Ms. Hampton. The guy was helpful however said they cannot do that. He explained they cannot accept payment for a truck rented at a different contractor such as this was. I explained again I cannot use my credit card and want to pay cash instead. I could not believe that Ms. Hampton would send me on a wild goose chase, I have better things to do with my time. I suggested the guy at Uhaul call Ms. Hampton, however he said he needs to call a “field manager.” So he tried

everything was wonderful just keep up the good work
