Undoubtably the best part of this experience. Not only was I excited to be turning in the equipment and washing my hands of uhaul, but the staff was very kind, welcoming, and genuinely concerned when I told him about the nightmare dealing with uhaul had been leading up to the turn in.

LISA NI reserved at a U-Haul center well in advance. The day before pickup, I was told I would have to pickup at a Hardware store. My trailer had a very short wiring harness requiring Avery long connector from my vehicle. I had a long harness, but still was unable to connect. I had to purchase an $18 4 wire extension. No apology, did not offer to give me the extension. When I dropped off the trailer at a U-Haul center, I pointed out the short trailer light wiring. The U-Haul representative agreed it was too short, and said they would add an extension for the next person. No offer to reimburse me for my time and expense.
