The vehicle needed better tires for snow. Had a hard time getting out of driveway and were almost stuck.

Adam W.The trucks HVAC selector switch didn't work. It only blew out the dash defrost belts no matter where the selector switch was in. The truck had quite a bit of mud on the exterior.
