Had to wait over 20 minutes past my pickup time to receive my trailer. Not happy

Paul MThe pickup was much farther than I was originally told it would be and the staff on hand was entirely useless. The guy was talking on the phone with his boss the whole time and I had to do literally everything myself. While a surprise, this was not a major issue for me since I've done this before but for someone who doesn't have the experience, it would have been a nightmare and possibly dangerous.
