When I got the vehicle you said I had over a 1/2 tank of gas but it only had 3/8. I took a picture of the dash to prove it and can send it. You charged me for 4 gal of gas at $6 per gal after I returned it. I will dispute the charge. President said no gouging and you did it anyway.

Lot was very crowded and getting the trailer into an available spot was a little difficult. There were no personnel available on site. Called the number on the contract and was told to drop the trailer anywhere.
Frank CNot sure if the issue I had was the fault of the pick-up location or Uhaul's fault. I was set for 8:00 am mobile pick-up. The truck was NOT ready for my 8 am mobile pick-up. The employee at the location said Uhaul never notified them of the mobile pick-up. The moving blankets I order were not available, the truck still had items in the back and trash in the cab. The truck was on empty, luckily there was a gas station a mile away. I got my truck 40 mins past my appointment time and had to pay movers to sit and wait on me because you all didn't have the truck set up for a mobile pick up. I had to go buy moving blankets since you all didn't have them per the rental agreement I set up. I was also told my mobile pick up would be handled as a counter pick up so there was nothing for me to do on mobile which was not true. The guy showed up have me the keys and left. I didn't get the text link to take pictures until I had already left and went to the gas station. Luckily I had already taken my own pictures prior to leaving. Overall experience was horrible and I would never use Uhaul again if I can avoid it. I believe Uhaul should compensate me for the movers I had to pay for just standing around waiting on me to get there due to your companies incompetence.
