I waited over an hour and a half for someone to arrive to the location to get my truck.
Madeline HThe employee I dealt with was more worried about answering her FaceTime call than actually helping me. They also had the trialed on the ground on a hill so I was unable to lift it in order to get it on the hitch of my vehicle. After struggling for 2-3 times I asked the employee on their phone if they had someone that could help and she proceeded to scream for help across the parking lot.
