Very friendly staff...
VARGHESE PThe frustration - an old outdated truck. Miles per hour, poor air flow, air conditioning barely worked, phone jacks in cigarette lighters, no ramp, sharp wheel beds inside that scraped my furniture, fridge could not stand upright. Everything had to be done on line - not at the customer service desk with the human in front of me. It was expensive- no senior rates, no hourly discounts, quote was in miles!
