Should be receiving paperwork with current mileage and fuel level prior so that on return I knew how much fuel to put back in. I put in $15 worth of fuel on return but was charged an additional $7.89 for fuel adjustment. Also the fuel gauge did not show a quarter of a tank which I took pictures of but yet this additional fuel brought the tank up to a quarter of a tank in which I am not happy with. My quote was $56.95 plus the taxes but was charged $82.32 why was I charged more than the quote, I should not be charged mileage until the vehicle is returned. I was told he will be adjusted when vehicle returns. I don’t like the way this was done. I signed no paperwork, nothing to say that I checked truck all over for damages prior, so my word against the store.

Well for starters I was quoted 370$ yet I ended up paying 622.06$ which im not happy about. I had to upgrade my U-Haul as I needed 3 seats (not a problem) he said it was 10$ extra. I don’t get it but not very happy. And the guy had no patience either. Thank goodness we went earlier to pick it up as it took 35+ minutes to figure everything out

Jayesh GNo one knew I was coming - it took 45 minutes to get the order processed. They didn't have the additional items I ordered - no appliance dolly and no blankets. We had to go pick up blankets at another u-haul location.
Jim PSo, as I enter the convince store, I assumed all would need to do is show my ID and provide my card details and everything should be good. But no! The owner of the store who handles the uhual reservations wasn’t in the store. He called his employee and they handled the mobile to me did my rental pick up via a phone call. I was not comfortable with this at all. I had provide my credit card details to someone I don’t know via a phone call. I didn’t even get a physical copy of my contract. When I tried to check if my rental was okay, I noticed that tire air pressure was low and asked the employee, wasn’t very keen on helping and seemed very disinterested in helping me. I wasn’t sure of how use their air pump, just gave me a tonnie and ask me to file gas. I tried to do but they had no device to check if the tire pressure was adequate. I struggle with it. So I ended up driving an an actual husk location for further assistance. I don’t recommend the place at all! Very disappointing with service. Also they messed my billing.
