Service was fabulous! I would absolutely rent from this location again. The service here is a credit to the UHaul brand and makes it more likely that I would use other UHaul locations as well.

What needs to improve is UHaul's REDICULOUS policy when it comes to renting full flatbed car haulers! My V8 F150 is capable of towing 13,500lbs and you're telling me it can't tow a 3000lb car??? Unbelievable!

CANG EI ordered the uhaul 26 foot truck 2 weeks in advance. For a small move in new hamburg they told me the closest location was Stratford. I was irritated due to the fact that I would have to pay the mileage from Stratford to new Hamburg. Just to do the move. And also pay the mileage from new hamburg back to stratford, to return the truck i booked the truck for 6 a m mobile pickup before the hotel opened upon arrival the day of my move. 6 o'clock in the morning, I arrived at the motel, and my truck was not set up for mobile pickup. The lady told me on the phone that I could wait until 10 o'clock for the place to open. I said I was not waiting. I have a reservation. I need a truck. She relocated me to go back to new Hamburg and travel 10 minutes from new Hamburg towards Kitchener to a Petersburg location, where a truck would be set up there for mobile pickup. Question is, why couldn't I have gotten that truck in the first place after being told that the trucks from that location were all leaving out of province during the time frame of my move so long story short at 6 AM. They wasted my time in gas. I'm going to Stratford to pick up AU. Haul, which was not available regardless of a reservation. Just to send me back to my location and send me 10 minutes towards Kitchener. Overall was not pleased. Made my move alot more stressful then it already was And very unhappy about how this service took place this location doesnt reflect my review im very upset with uhaul company NOT THIS LOCATION
