It's a pain when the tank is not full at pickup. I always end up paying for more gas than required. Is this part of the Uhaul business model to get gas for free?

PATRICK SI was grossly over charged by this U-Haul location (Petersburg, ON). I have rented several U-Haul trucks of different types of trucks/vans for years & this is the first time I have run into this issue. I will avoid this location in the future & will not recommend it to friends, loved ones, coworkers etc.
