I had arranged for a self-serve pickup since I wanted to get an early start and the business didn't open until 10. However, the owner, Raoul, called the day prior and offered to come to the store for 8 o'clock to meet me. I thought that was great! Unfortunately, he was 25 minutes late. Other than a late start, things went smoothly.

Rented a trailer form this location. Raul and Dawn were awesome to deal with. The trailer was a different story. The trailer bounced during the entire trip and some of the contents were damaged as a result. Raul and Dawn managed the situation professionally and quickly.

Minor mix up in regards to pick up location explaining the quote was one way use, two day rental. This information was entered into the computer as one day. Twenty five hours after pick up, drop off location called to explain the rental was late. The situation was taken care if quickly, professionally and with follow up. Again, it was solved quickly with staff that genuinely wanted to clear up even this minor issue. The rates were very reasonable. Modern, well maintained rentals. I would not hesitate to recommend or use U-Haul again.
