I would not change the location of the initial pick up less than 48 hours before the truck is needed. Further, I would make sure the pick up location is open at the same time as the initial pick up location. That's why I chose the location. I prefer in-person interactions. The van's windshield wiper blades need to be replaced. Further, I would double check the brakes. The stopping distance seemed longer than I would have suspected.

I left the trailer afterhours, when the location was closed, and called the next morning to make sure the trailer would be checked in. That never happened, and a month later I was informed that U Haul was about to report the trailer stolen. It was eventually resolved, but there was a lot of stress involved.
SERGIO Zthe app was so glitchy and a nightmare to use. also, it would save so much time if I could upload photos of my drivers license when I reserve the truck as opposed to when i’m picking up the car. I was late to pick up the furniture because of how long check in took and it’s glitches
